What’s the best way to start the week? ?♀YOGA?♂
Get on the mat with me for a 60-minute Hatha yoga session including breathing exercises (Pranayama ?), gentle postures (Asanas) and a guided meditation to feel relaxed and energized. ?
The classes are focused on Hatha Yoga with a special attention on body alignment. The session will be articulated around slow flow sequences, designed for both beginners & intermediate levels. ?♂️
My Main Concern is YOU. Discover Yoga from different perspectives: Learn how to (re)connect with your body, your breath and your mind. It’s a continuous learning journey and I can’t wait to see you growing and become the best version of yourself! ?
A 15-min meditation at the end of the class will allow you to de-stress and refuel with positive energy ?
No judgment, no worries, only friends and fun on this session. ?
